- E.g., focus attention on moment-to-moment experiences (e.g., noticing sensations associated with breathing), and when attention wanders (e.g., ruminating over interpersonal conflict), gently bring it back to the current moment and to breathing.
Immerse in foundational MBSE practices and explore mindfulness through dynamic creative encounters including drawing, meditating, and collaging. An Artful Path course can be a catalyst to broaden your awareness, deepen your authentic self-expression, and connect with openness and compassion. - Your art is an extension of your person and almost everyone that enters our office (where we have six of your paintings) compliments the space. Similarly, I've seen many guests studying the 8 ft * 8 ft "Circle of life" that sits at the entrance of our home. Thank you for the energy that your work has brought to my home and office.- Devyani
- There are very few artists that bring an expansion in consciousness. Thank you, Janet.
- "Teachers imitate immortality, they cannot tell where their influence ends. I cannot remember who said that but it definitely applies to your influences on our daughter. You were her first art teacher. You provided her with a sense of the world, and a sense of herself as an artist that is instrumental in her artistic expression to this day. Thank you, Connie & Michael.
- Dearest Janet, You remind us of the importance to celebrate life and the interplay of darkness and light in this sacred journey. Zayda.
